Going to Malmo (Sweden)
From Odense to Malmo is a 200 km drive, that leads over the “Storebæltsbroen”.
A famous bridge in Denmark that was constructed around 1998.
I always wanted to see this, and now is the time.
For me a reason to drive through Denmark, and not take the boat to Helsinki.
I will leave Copenhagen on the left hand side, on to another great bridge I want to cross: the “Oresundbroen”
The bridge that was build between Denmark and Sweden.
It’s rather expensive (40 Euro) for an 8 km drive, but to me it’s worth it.
They started building it in 1995 and it was completed in 2000.
I will be on the E20 all the time, so probably no need for using the Tomtom.
Might seem a bit boring, but hee, with the Boss on the Box..
At the end of the bridge is a campsite that someone recommended.
I am aiming to stay at Malmö Camping, so I can take a look at the bridge while having supper…..
Make a picture of the Sambabus together with the bridge.
Let’s hope for a nice sunset.
